Andrii began his career as a lawyer in LKI legal office (LLC “LKI”), held an internship in legal department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, worked as a lawyer in law firm “Pravova dopomoga” (until May 2012).
During his career Andrii provided legal advice and represented interests of local and foreign investors while starting business in Ukraine, which included legal analysis and legal support of project execution, as well as maintenance of legal structures of business in Ukraine. Andrii provided legal support for companies while obtaining licenses for providing medical services, licenses for building and construction (including constructions of high complexity), licenses for providing security services in Ukraine. Also provided legal support for companies in obtaining licenses for providing of financial services and registration of financial institutions (financial companies). Starting from 2013 participated in registration of non-governmental organizations (charitable funds, NGOs, trade unions) and further legal support of their activities.
Master degree in International Economic Law in Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU). Bachelor degree in Commercial Law (with intensive study of English) in KNEU.
